| Guide to Making Paper
These
pages show a step by step guide to paper making, covering
stages like how the forest is cultivated to make products,
handling in all different processes and right through to the
paper being used and then later recycled again. This guide
also shows and explains how environmentally friendly the paper
making processes are if you would like to know about CDP's
environmental policy
Paper is a genuinely environmentally adapted product, the
forest is a renewable resource which is cultivated with the
object of maintaining biodiversity. Production emissions have
been reduced to a minimum, compared with previous levels.
The products are harmless to use, paper can usually be recycled,
it can be incinerated to generate energy and its biodegradable

Paper Making - The Forest:
The source of our raw materials is the forest, a renewable
resource. In sweden harvesting corresponds to around two thirds
of the year's growth, so the forests are actually increasing.
The forest also has to provide suitable habitats for many plants
and animals. The forest is cared for, taking the natural forest
as a model. The aim is to emulate natural processes as far as
possible. Forests that provide livelihood. Forests that give
animals and plants a habitat to live in. |

We find CDP Print Management's so fast, friendly and efficient. As well as excellent value for money. We should have operated a single sourcing contract like this a lot earlier. It save us a lot of extra work and money.
