The Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospital
Trust are considering a plan to develop the current hospital
site, as this will involve public money a consultation document
was designed.
The Trust had to decide on several options, to appoint a
high quality printer to meet the dead-lines imposed by the
local Health Authority and National Government, a further
solution was required to distribute the printed consultation
documents. Over 600 sites required between 30 and 100 booklets
accompanied with a letter from RLBUHT.
The Trust needed to rely on a trusted supplier, who could
guarantee that production was of a high quality and that
all deliveries would be made in a timely, accurate manner.
CDP introduced our Print Warehouse & Distribution (PWD)
service to Helen Kirkham (Communications Manager RLBUHT),
who was considering several options. Helen engaged our services
and we performed the print and distribution throughout Merseyside
and surrounding counties.
Helen experienced a reduced level of administration, by
using a trusted partner in CDP instead of splitting this
project between several, reduced costs, the CDP service negated
the requirement of further packaging for distribution, peace
of mind in the knowledge that an administrative (but essential)
task could be delegated to a trusted partner, allowing Helen
to continue to focus on core activity.
